You know how they always say "follow the money"? Well, this is where we do exactly that, and wow, is it mind-numbing! At one point, the report says, "Although the reader's patience may be tested..." and I felt like interjecting a muttered "amen" in response. One line in particular, "the 72 bills returned and identified as the second delivery that were not in circulation until after that date..." started to turn into a sort of sing-song refrain the more often I read it! I hope you manage to PL this one without falling asleep!
