Sorry for missing out on completing section 42, time flew so quickly! May I reclaim it please and I'll finish what I started.
"You replaced me? Who've you got?" "Cathy." "Cathy? Who's she?!" "It's a bloke." "Cathy?!" "Yeah." "Cathy who?" "Cathy Rindhoops..." "Cathy Rindhoops?!!"

You have a very nice accent!
I just ran into a couple of issues when PL'ing your Section 2
8:31 - The bottle (I think that is what you said) was kept... should be The kettle was kept...
18:18 - "One should a certain" is what I heard - should be "One should a cer TAIN" Totally different words.
In addition, I find that the spaces between paragraphs too long. In the future perhaps you can leave less silence? I was often left wondering if the reading had ended a couple of times.
That is all! Other than that a great reading Foon!
Lynda
Thanks for the feedback! I'll take care of those two issues and run through it to chop out some bits of silence while I'm editing anyways. I'll post back with new time stamps for those two issues.Lmnei wrote: ↑June 7th, 2018, 10:17 amHi Foon!Foon wrote: ↑June 3rd, 2018, 9:21 am Here's section 2, at 18:52

Hi Lynda,
8:17 Re-recorded the line, this time with kettle (it would be an interesting experience making tea with a hot water bottle )
17:48 Re-recorded the line, this time with the actual pronunciation of the word ascertain... English is not my native language, and every so often I find out there's a word I've been mispronouncing for as long as I can remember
New duration 18:22, I trimmed 30 seconds of silence across the whole recording.

This recording is flowing much better now! Thanks so much for also taking some silence from your recording while you were fixing the two words!
You are now PL OK!
