The reading is PL OK, but the volume, 93.5 dB, is a bit high. Our target is 89dB, with a range of 86-93dB. So if you could bring it down closer to 89 and upload it again. Also, we need the file length.

I was able to bring the volume down to 89.5 dB, and resubmitted it:

I've marked this PL OK, but you might consider running Noise Reduction to eliminate the background hum. I think it would improve the quality of your recording quite a bit.
