which file am I PLing here? Is the link in the MW to the original or the version you modified?

in any case, I'm away on vacation so it'll probably be the weekend before I get to it.
The link should be to the modified file. I can retrieve the original from the server if needed.

Chapter 11:

There are quite a few instances where the reading doesn't match the text (words added, dropped or changed). Most don't affect the meaning of the passage, but there are a few that do:

1:29 "I intend to take your brother" should be "I intend to take you to your brother"
7:54 "while Nettleton commenced his speech" should be "while Nettleton commenced his search"
20:06 "where is Miss Nettleton" should be "where is William Nettleton"

There is a kind of snapping sound at 3:41

marksamet, as we are waiting for your edits before going to the catalog, and they are such that only you can do, I would appreciate your earliest attention in this. Please ask if you need help of guidance. If I don't hear back by Saturday October 6, I will open up the section to other readers.

Due to a family emergency, I ended up giving Mark an extra 2 weeks on this, but he still hasn't come up with edits; I am orphaning this section.
