a start:

10 and 15 are PL ok.

I already assembled The Garden Fairies and they are ready for PL in the MW. Nicely narrated, Jason !

Recording time: 3:38 min.

PL notes for 13:

> at 0:37: But lang, lang after baith night and day - sorry, another oversight from me, should be "but", not "hut"

will do the rest now...

Leanne: the Culprit Fay was absolutely a tour de force  I hope you made a few breaks in-between recordings. I absolutely loved the narration :9: it sounds so easy and fluent when you do it.

I found a few errors, some of which were typos I didn't catch (sorry about that  )

> at 1:21: "The moon looks down on old Cro'nest" - you said "clown" typo, sorry
> at 6:10: "But his voice in a softened accent broke" - I hear "but is a voice" :hmm:
> at 13:44: "Thither he ran, and he bent him low" - sorry, another typo, you said "lie"
> at 13:50: "And he pushed her over the yielding sand / Till he came to the verge of the haunted land" - again twice "lie"
> at 28:58: "And sped through the midnight dark" - you say "mountain"
> at 30:14: "A streak is in the eastern sky" - you say "northern", but they talk about the sunrise, so it must be eastern

The rest: perfect

thanks Craig, I believe this is all for you, apart from the fairy song.

Leanne had the good idea to post the excerpt here, to make it easier for you, so here is the soundfile I still kept on my computer. Sorry for the bad audio, it was pre-Blue-Yeti times.

See what you can do with it :)

Whoops, sorry Craig, but I checked 132 and don't think you added the final outro? The last file of the project ends with the standard outro ("End of poem. This recording is in the public domain"), plus this:

"End of The World's Best Poetry, Volume 6: Fancy and Sentiment, Part I."

So all you need to do is record that and add it to the ending.

Castle of Indolence: one of the bigger chunks  and I found this poem was really difficult to read. So well done on that Jason.

However I found a couple of textual errors:

> at 0:38: That like an emmet thou must ever moil - you say "never"

> at 1:43: Sleep-soothing groves - you say "seep"

the rest totally fine :)

and the final three are checked.

Ancient Mariner and Fontenelle are PL ok, so Fontenelle is finally assembled and ready for Anthony to check:

your French was quite good there, Jason

As for the Mayor in the Pied Piper, you really made him sound like a fat, greedy bastard  which is exactly how he should be portrayed. Excellent reading. I think this one will become quite good with the assembling.

I did find two small errors though:

> at about 0:35: missing sentence: "Come in !"

> at 1:56: "Blow your pipe there till you burst !" - you say "till there". I'd say it's the same thing, so I leave it up to you to change it or not

OK, you have my attempt. Number 1 is as straight as I can do it, number 2 has some effects to hide the fact that it is as straight as I can do it.

I will be able to hear sniggering from Luxembourg!! It's not that far away you know.

Cheers
