Chapters 19 and 20
There's a bit of a quality change in the middle of 20 as I inadvertently switched mics; let me know if it passes muster.
Enjoyable reading - suspenseful part, too :)

Section 20 is PL OK

On Section 19, the volume starts out quite low. I had to turn my sound up a lot (which isn't a problem on its own). But one spot from 6:09 to 6:12 spikes up much louder, hurting the ears, then goes back low again. Then, at 9:22, it suddenly spikes way loud again, basically to the end. If you open the file and highlight the very loud areas, you can run the effect, "Amplify," and put a negative number in the top box, press OK. It will lower the volume on only the highlighted stretches, so that we don't lose any volume on the quiet areas.

Hi Kitty and Lynette,

Here's a re-do for chapter 19, plus 23 and 24 part 1.

Sad news from my end: I started this project because it was my stepfather's favorite book and I have been sending him chapters as I record them. It was a joy for him, but he sadly died last week. I'm glad to continue the work in his name. You all might enjoy this story I told about the experience of working with you all. Note I take a little license with the names and the collaborators, but you'll appreciate the sense of it, I think:

Oh, Zoe, I'm so very sorry for your loss. :(

I did try to view the video you share, but Facebook won't let me. Looks like it may be set to friends only.

Section 19 is all happy now and PL OK

I got 7 hours of new files in while I was sleeping, so 23 and 24 are in queue. Hopefully I will get them proofed by lunch tomorrow.
