Thanks Lee for the quick turn-around :9: two excellently read short stories. I especially loved Death's Messengers, although the outcome was so predictable LOL

I found one error in each of the stories though:

The Moon:
> at 1:22: our mayor bought it for three thalers, and fastened it to the oak-tree. - you forgot part of the sentence

Death's Messengers:
> at 2:50: and took away his rest by night - repetition of "and took away" can be cut out

the rest is fine

thanks Lyn :9: this story is a well-known classic, so I'm especially pleased that you could do it fully justice. The voice of your witch actually gave me the creeps  which is exactly what one should expect from this tale. Actually in the beginning I already thought, the voice of the mother is quite fitting for the witch as well, and since she was pretty wicked too, I wasn't surprised.

I also loved the little speaking in chorus part for Hansel and Grethel in front of the house. Nice touch to make it all lively.

No errors at all, flawless reading. PL ok and thanks so much !

yes indeed :D I quickly downloaded the tale (31) that still had the note of being too loud and I reduced the volume myself, it's fine within the limit now.

Only one tale with PL notes...I hope the reader is still checking up on this thread :?

He hasn't logged in for a month. Would you mind PMing your PL notes to him with a note that if we don't hear from him in 2 weeks that the section will have to be reopened to other claimants as the project is almost finished.

 almost one hour !!!!! I think this the longest story in our collection now. You were brave to tackle it Sara

And you did well. I found no significant errors at all and you are ready quite fluently and gripping at the right places. I especially liked the small things like the witch laughing evilly. Makes the story lively. Also the animal voices you made different enough, which is a nice touch.

The only thing I noticed is the end silence, which was over 12 seconds, but 5 are enough. We used to have this rule that stories over 30 minutes need 10 seconds, but this was abolished a few months ago. And 12 is really a bit long. But since there were no other corrections to make, I quickly deleted a few seconds myself and re-uploaded your file :) So nothing needed on your part anymore.

Recording time: 55:38 min.

Story 60 is PL ok. Congrats for such a huge feat

:9: Thank you so much for the review. And I'm so sorry, I didn't notice the silence rule. I'll be careful next time. And thank you for fixing it for me. You are truly kind. I hope that I can see you on another project very soon. :9:
Thanks, SaraHale. :D
