Here are your notes. The ones in the optional section can be ignored, they're included for completeness's sake:

0:00: Instead of 'Chapter 14', you should say 'Chapter 11, part 1'. It is Section 14, but not Chapter 14.
0:19: Same as above
1:46: Spurious 'he' between "But gradually" and "the varied colouring"
2:54: I don't think your pronunciation of 'criticisms' in the phrase "She even indulged in some hostile criticisms" is clear. It should be 'KRIT-uh-siz-umz'
2:57: 'persevered' in "The painter naturally persevered in his own course" should be pronounced 'pur-suh-VEERD', not 'pur-SURVD'
5:12: 'stingy' in "Nor I that you were so stingy" should be pronounced 'STIN-jee', not 'STING-ee'
7:30: I don't think your pronunciation of 'he entertained' in the phrase "the slight modicum of regard he entertained for Sénécal" is clear (en-ter-TEYND)
12:40: I'm hearing "glass blows full of salt meats" rather than "glass bowls full of salt meats"
13:04: 'sturgeon's jowl' in "there was a sturgeon's jowl moistened with champagne" should be pronounced 'STUR-juhnz joul'
14:48: I'm hearing "As this remark" rather than "At this remark"
15:49: Some sort of alarm during "He even sent away the truffles"
16:57: I'm hearing "for the sake of a load" rather than "for the sake of a laugh" (lahf)
17:07: I'm hearing "and entered a jovial blade" rather than "there entered a jovial blade"
17:09: 'rough' in "with somewhat rough-looking features" should be pronounced 'ruhf', not 'roh'
17:28: I'm hearing "as they passed a hen hock" instead of "as they passed a heath-cock" (heeth kok)
19:05: I'm hearing "Cisy smacked his taunt" rather then "Cisy smacked his tongue" (tuhng)
19:30: I'm hearing "And a load ran round the table" rather than "And a laugh ran round the table" (see 16:57)
20:08: 'vouched' in "vouched for his honesty" should be pronounced 'voucht', not 'vohsht'. Also, you said 'by his honesty' instead of 'for his honesty'
20:43: 'hiccoughed' in "Cisy, who had staggered to his feet, hiccoughed" should be pronounced 'HIK-uhpt'
21:30: I'm hearing "Joseph indulged in repeated outbursts of loater" rather then "Joseph indulged in repeated outbursts of laughter" (LAHF-ter)
24:33: 'roughly' in "the citizen replies roughly" should be pronounce 'RUHF-lee', not 'ROH-lee'
25:09: Repetition of 'you' in "while you turn your wrist"
25:17: I'm not hearing the 'he' of "He grasped the rod"
26:19: 'shawls' in "while here and there shawls were fixed on wooden racks" should be pronounced to rhyme with 'calls'
27:19: I'm hearing an extra 'of' in 'offered' in "as the person to whom the insult had been offered"
31:21: 'ballet' in "where a ballet was being performed" is pronounced 'BA-ley', not 'BA-let'
32:54: I'm hearing "He finally wished to be ill in earn" rather then "He finally wished to be ill in earnest"
33:10: I'm hearing "This appeared an anonymous seer-coom-ta to Cisy" rather then "This appeared an ominous circumstance to Cisy" (OM-ih-nuhs SUR-kuhm-stans)
35:57: Same as 0:00. Should be 'Chapter 11, part 1'
36:00: You need five seconds of silence at the end, while you less than two

Also, the file name isn't quite right. It should be sentimentaleducation_14_flaubert_128kb.mp3

OPTIONAL:
3:53: 'ascertaining' in "Now the Maréchale did not give herself much bother about ascertaining who was going to pay" should be pronounced 'as-er-TEYN-ing', not 'ah-SUR-tn-ing'
8:50: 'plunged' in "plunged Frederick into a thoughtful mood" should be pronounced 'pluhnjd', not 'plugged'
10:22: 'mortgages' in "the amount of the mortgages with which the estate was encumbered" should be pronounced 'MAWR-gij-iz', not 'MORT-uh-jiz'
10:35: 'mortgage' in "the registration of the mortgage within the proper time", see above
13:56: I'm hearing "And, as they were shallowing the first spoonful" instead of "And, as they were swallowing the first spoonful"
16:30: 'idiocy' in "but the young aristocrat's idiocy had disarmed him" should be pronounced 'ID-ee-uh-see'
19:37: I'm hearing "He shallowed two glasses of water" rather than "He swallowed two glasses of water"
24:04: 'plunged' in "looked as if he were plunged in reflection" should be pronounced 'pluhnjd', not 'PLUNG-ed'
25:14: 'Père Vauthier' should be pronounced like 'pair VOH-tee-ey', not 'peer waiter'
33:42: 'complaisance' in "Out of complaisance the pedagogue" should be pronounced 'kuhm-PLEY-zuhns', not 'KOM-plans'
34:42: 'plunged' in "and was soon plunged in sleep". See 24:04

Hello!
With regards to the recording of section 19, I would like to inform you that I recorded 8 pages out of 48 (around 30 minutes so far). That makes it quite a long chapter! I am determined to finish it though. However, I had some urgent issues in my personal life which prevented me from working on the projects I had taken on Librivox. I am back now and I really hope that you will give me the chance to finish the recording of the chapter, even though it may exceed the regular 2-month period...I will do my best to upload it no later than the end of March.
Best regards,
simonettix

Section 19 is over 20,000 words. It'll need to be split into parts.

(I looked into doing it, but it's too long and complicated for me.) :)
Serial novel: The Wandering Jew
Medieval England meets Civil War Americans: Centuries Apart
Humor: My Lady Nicotine

I can do 14 and 15. As for 19, I could record sections of, say, forty minutes each until it is done. Jim :)

Jim,
Please name the files 19a, 19b, 19c etc. That way everything sorts in order, and I'll redo the file names when I catalog.

Jim :)
Two things:

7:25: "This "your" had the effect of wiping out to Frederick's heart" should be "This "your" had the effect of wiping out of Frederick's heart"

Also, you've not got the right bitrate. As Checker says when I load the file, "the recording should use a constant bit rate rather than variable bit rate (VBR)".
