[COMPLETE-SCIENCE] The Chemistry of Cookery by W. Mattieu Williams-ans
Hello! I took the liberty of PL'ing your upload c:KevinS wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2020, 3:47 pm Section 8

All good, except for one small thing:
At ca. 04:05 you read "...in the same forms have different rates of diffusion...", the text says "...have similar rates of diffusion..."
Regards,
Michael
Section 19 is PL OK!KevinS wrote: ↑February 4th, 2020, 7:27 pm Section 19

A very interesting project. I'm sure to come back after I attend to some of my other commitments.
I did notice that you read the Chapter Number and Title during the intro to Section 8, but only the Chapter Title (without the Number) for this section 19.
I don't know if that's something that you'd need to change, but wanted to let you know just in case c:
Best regards,
Michael
Thank you! I'll make corrections to both my chapters.mokka wrote: ↑February 10th, 2020, 7:50 amHello! I took the liberty of PL'ing your upload c:KevinS wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2020, 3:47 pm Section 8

I never imagined that someone could so properly dissect the uses and applications for cheese in all its variations, what a fascinating book.

Thank you, Michael. I found it interesting that he believed raw cheese to be indigestable to those that were not mountaineers.mokka wrote: ↑February 15th, 2020, 1:45 pmSection 10 is PL OK!adrianstephens wrote: ↑February 15th, 2020, 7:30 am Section 10 ready for PL @ 28:08

There's a grain of truth in it, we in the west generally have a mutatation that allows us to digest milk/cheese. This explains why milk
and cheese are not much used in the east (China, Japan...) where folks generally don't have this mutation.
Also he attributes scurvy to lack of potassium phosphate. As good a guess as any, I suppose, given that they didn't know about
vitamins then.
