Gary,
Sections 4 and 5 are both PL OK. I was confused for a moment with section 5. I forgot the sections were rearranged according to topic instead of page order. I figured it out though. :)

It may be "weird" as you say but I think for audio it is a better way to go. I'm surprised I didn't notice it before. I suppose this was the first time I heard the end of one section and the beginning of another at the same time.

Well I hope it makes sense (:
It's this way so that if someone wants to listen to it, and they google 'Section XYZ Geneva' it may come up :D
I don't really think anybody searches for 'Pg XYZ - ABC Geneva Conventions'

Many people do like listening while reading the text evidently, so for most projects it may not be a good idea but if I had to choose between getting the text in book order and having it understandable I'd choose the latter.
We often put foot noes into the text rather than all at the end for example . If I were listening to a book using latin names for animals and it said "Notverybiga giganticus (see footnote 6) " , I don't want to wait till the end of the chapter to find out what it is, I want to know now !!!!

I'd like to claim section 19. The medical terminology will be a challenge!

Well, just in case you run into 'Notverybigga giganticus' (which I believe is an oxymoron?) it's pronounced phonetically.

But if you have any questions, feel free to ask (:
It is a group acitivity

They are not mentally challenged oxen , they are billygoats, family name Gruff. They commonly occur in three species , Big Billygoat Gruff, Medium sized Billy goat Gruff and little Billy Goats Gruff , but the small ones are sometimes quite large and are then called "Notverybiga giganticus"

Well I'm not too sure what's happening here :P
As a biologist, I would say that the first name is indicative of the genus, which menas that all the billy goats are 'Notverybiga' and the species name, gigantus, would seem to imply that it is the biggest out of the billy goats? :D
