Too many slip-ups to my liking, but, as always, a total blast to read!

Thank you, Mark! It will take me a little longer than usual to finish PLing this chapter, but I should be done by the end of tomorrow.
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

Too many slip-ups to my liking, but, as always, a total blast to read!
Thanks again for this chapter! Nicely done, as always. Here are my notes:

- At 4:20, "Wot ye that ye be printing the Word of God to send abroad in this land?" you say "Wot ye that be printing the Word of God to send abroad in this land?"
- At 6:28, "With his laws and his nose for treason," I hear "With his loves and his nose for treason"
- At 7:38, "at the name of Omnipotence," you say "in the name of Omnipotence"
- At 8:12, "the printer answered," I hear "the prince answered"
- At 10:33, there's a stumble at "his panegyric of the Bible and Privy Seal"
- At 11:50, "and Throckmorton yawned," you say "said Throckmorton yawned"
- At 14:24, there's a stumble at "God curse you"
- At 14:53, "Why, thy gentility," I hear "Why, the gentility"
- At 16:00, there's a stumble at "When left ye him at Greenwich?"
- At 22:51, "and a steadfast fool is a good tool," you say "and a steadfast fool is a good fool"
- At 27:49, there are a few stumbles at "the gabled fronts of the palace at Greenwich called Placentia"
- At 35:14, "and swept up the tide," you say "and set up the tide"

I'm glad you're having fun reading for this project!

Thank you! There are just a few things to take care of and then you'll be all set:

- At 11:55, "throwing his head back," there's a knocking sound at "back"
- At 14:24, "He broke off and began again" before "God curse you," the end of "again" is cut off
- At 16:05, after the retake of "When left ye him at Greenwich?" there's some static that cuts off the "This" in "This day at dawn"
- At 27:49, the beginning of the "The gilded roofs" retake falls a bit below an audible level
- At 35:21, "and swept up the tide," there's some static that seems to cut off the "and"
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

Thank you! Just a few more quick edits to make and you'll be done:

- At 11:55, "throwing his head back," I still hear the knocking sound at "back"
- At 16:04, "This day at dawn," the "This" is left out
- At 35:21, "and swept up the tide," I'm still hearing the static cutting off "and"
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

Thank you! Almost there! Just a few more things:

- At 11:55, "throwing his head back," I still hear the knocking sound at "back"
- At 16:08, after "and cursed again," the lines "'Drunk or sober?' 'Drunk as a channel codfish.'" are missing
- At 35:36, a retake of an earlier line has been pasted in
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but a) I'm soon approaching the end, and b) Ford is such a glorious writer, and "Fifth Queen" is such magnificent writing, I see that the first volume has already been recorded, and here we are on Volume Two. Is it possible to then go ahead with Volume Three?

I'm actually planning on launching it later today! Stay tuned! So true about Ford.

What good news! I won't be coy about this. You know how I feel about the Ford, and how I feel about reading the Ford. Personally, I would like to claim the whole third book. But if you want to leave it open to the Librivox public, you're the boss.
