Thank you for this. The only issue is that there is about 10 seconds of silence at the end. Please trim this down to 5 seconds.

Just 2 PL notes for you:

00:02 - the title should be "The New Doctor Price Cookbook". I hear "The New Price Cookbook".
2:15 - I hear "Melt butter, add beef", text says "Melt butter in frying pan, add beef"


Larry, the text actually says "Melt batter in frying pan". Do you want to add this typo to your report for Project Gutenberg?

Thank you, very nicely read. The only note is, there is no silence at the end. Please add 5 seconds of silence to the end of the recording.

2:25 - I hear "Arrange fish on plank side down", text says "Arrange fish on plank skin side down"
2:42 - I hear "add 1 tablespoon salt, ", text says "add 1 teaspoon salt, " (my goodness that would be salty fish :lol: )
3:50 - I hear "2 tablespoons salt", text says "2 teaspoons salt"

Section 15:

0:33 - missing line "season with salt and pepper. Have oven very hot at first and when meat is half done reduce heat. Baste every 10 to 15 minutes"

Section 16:
6:31 - I hear "pared, quartered and corded", text says "pared, quartered and cored"
6:53 - I hear "as directed from Roast Poultry", text says "as directed for Roast Poultry"

Edit to add: There is some moderate background noise in all of these recordings. It would be good to run noise reduction on them before you resubmit. If you need help or have questions about how to do that, just ask.
