Sure Jack. How about the end of December?jack2 wrote: ↑November 27th, 2021, 4:56 pm Hello, this is the guy who picked up Section 8, I just wanted to let yall know that I'm almost finished, I just need a little extra time. First I had an equipment malfunction I was lazy in resolving, then I've been sick for the past few days, but tomorrow I'll hopefully be feeling at 100% and will be able to polish off the last bit I need before submitting for approval.

Shorten silence in begining to .5- 1 second
Make silence in end 5 seconds
Thank you!
Christine
Sure! Hopefully I'll have it to you long before then. I've been sick with a head cold that has perhaps developed into a sinus infection. Only real relevant problem at the moment is my voice is noticeably hoarse.
Noted. I should be able to get that done this weekend. I hope the extra couple days won't be too late? I think today was my original deadline.brownrottger wrote: ↑December 1st, 2021, 10:31 amExcellent recording! Just 2 very minor notes:SadiyaBee wrote: ↑December 1st, 2021, 12:30 am Hello!

Section 8 just two notes:
The sampling rate should be 44.1kHz to meet the Librivox recording standards.
Please check out https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Tech_Specs for more help and post here if you have additional questions.
Please make sure there is 5 seconds silence at the end.
Best,
Christine
More Giant short stories at A Book of Giants need your help if that suits you!
Thank you very much, and yes, I'll check out the Book of Giants later on today to see if I'm interested!
I know I had an issue where Audacity started a new track at mono, 48khz and 16-bit, but I thought I had changed it. Let me try one more time and reupload.
Edit: Forgot to include five seconds of silence at the end. Let me throw that in.
