Aber sicher doch. Sono tedesca ;)

I won't, either. Neither at home nor at work, but in northern Italy (Südtirol) :)

Let's see if I can get it in before the next dead spot comes ;) Thank you for claiming.

Oh shoot, I just came up with the idea - in order to make your reader page it would be really good to know the name you would like to show up with in the catalogue? You can choose your real name or your nick here or quite a different name... Only consider that, although we can change the catalogue name, it is not possible to change the name in every file if you record it and decide to change your catalogue name later on.

We could, if there didn't already exist a Daniele :? Maybe Daniele F. then? There also exists a "daniele casalbore", else I'd suggest daniele (althoug that looks weird in my eyes anyway).

Monika, it doesn't matter if the reader name already exists. Only the forum name needs to be unique. :)

We have two Sonias on here as well

Ok, so with a little help of Sonia there's your brand new readers page:

Sorry about the confusion

I have assigned you section 109, btw :) (hope I remembered right...  )

Finally....
https://librivox.org/uploads/rapunzelina/rime_078_alighieri_128kb.mp3
length the same as before

Would you please be so kind, Pier? :)

Unfortunately I seemingly recorded originally with the other interface, so that the patches are heard  Hopefully you still enjoy it :)

Oh, and I assigned myself 102, Sonetto se Meuccio t’è mostrato, before they're all gone ;)

Thank you Daniele :)

I am kind of starving right now, but I'll listen to it, promised :)

edit: Now I listened to it. Yet another wonderful reader :9:

All tech specs are fine, the reading is really wonderful, there is only one thing - as there are a couple of words and sentences different from the text we use (you can easily access it through the link given in the MW), I suspect that you used a different version, maybe a more modern one. I can understand you very well doing it, it is easier to understand and feels more familiar, but it would alter the text too much.

Somewhere in the depths of this thread I think is even explained (better than I can) why we are asked to use only the given text in the first post:
Dove trovo il testo? Fonte (per favore per la lettura usa solo questo testo!): https://archive.org/details/lerime00aliggoog
Sorry I don't find that post right now; it has something to do with maybe simplified language and risk of copyright issues, afair.

The differences I found are:

0:33 I hear "onesta", written is "onestate"
0:39 "e" is missing
0:46 I hear "mi sto", written is "Stommene"
1:05 I hear "E puossi amar virtu per operare", written is "E amar puossi virtù per alto oprare"

The pause in the beginning seems a bit long to me; 0,5 to 1 second is enough there. Also it is not necessary (though I liked it) to repeat the beginning of the poem as title, but that wouldn't hinder me to give you the ok. It is only the altered text that I ask you to re-record some passages. You only need to re-record those, as the text is equal in the other ones :) Thank you :)

 Sorry, I did not notice that the text I had was different from yours.
Ok now I redid it and recorded with the right words.
Check and let me know.

Thank you! :)

Thank you so much, Daniele :)

Just to make sure... - ah, don't worry, I'll just listen to the whole poem, it's short enough and you read wonderfully anyway :) Later, it is noon ;) but promised today :)
