Looks good! And it reminds me of this one:

(which, by the way, we don't have in Italian either...)

Great, Ava!
"The piacevoli notti" and "Decameron" have a similar frame, indeed.
I will follow your suggestions. I hope to launch the project tonight or later tomorrow.
Thank you very much
Paola :D

La Coscienza di Zeno is one of my favorite novels. If it is barred from being recorded in the Public Domain by a mere matter of months, I regret this. This book is an ornament of the literature of Italy. It is a modern classic, if the phrase has meaning.

Hi Martin,

La Coscienza di Zeno is one of my favourite book, too. It's modern because influenced by the contemporary but "evergreen" Freud's Psychoanalysis. I love both Svevo and Joyce (maybe even because I lived in Trieste and in Dublin for a while ;-) ).

The book is already in public domain in Italy, but yes... it'a a pity: being published in 1923, I fear it's not in PD here. :( We should record it on Legamus. :)

Ciao, cari lettori a voce alta in lingua italiana!
Se cercate qualcosa da leggere, trovate brevi racconti al seguente link:
https://forum.librivox.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=62832

Si tratta del secondo e ultimo libro de "Le Piacevoli Notti" di Straparola.

Forza, lettori a voce alta!!! :D
