[FIXED] broken Etext links (Ancient Greek Philosopher-Scientists)

Yes, it appears that "classicpersuasion.org" where many of the texts came from is defunct. I'm not sure there's a way of recovering the texts from other sources, it seems a rather special project with particular translations used.

The few sections that link to archive.org - the ones translated by Arthur Fairbanks - seem to be okay though.

I found these on the Archive.org Wayback Machine. The links should all point to texts now.
