I don't know whether we can do anything about it...
The section 24 of https://librivox.org/the-landleaguers-by-anthony-trollope/ has the title with special characters (single quotes). The MP3 files (both 64kbps and 128kbps) have the "track title" cut off, i.e. instead of "24 - 'From the Full Heart, the Mouth Speaks'" (like in the list on its LV page) they only have "24 -". Curiously, however, section 12 of the same book has its title fine, although it too has special characters (double quotes). There are other sections that have no problem with apostrophes, as well.
[FIXED] Landleaguers - section 24 title

Section 12 has single quotes/apostrophes, which work fine. Double quotes are the problem.
It is strange, though, that the catalog page has single quotes on section 24, while the Archive page has the disappeared title, as you say, which indicates it originally had double quotes.

Section 24 downloaded, ID tag fixed, and uploaded again. Project is re-deriving. The file in the Archive player is now showing correctly.
