OKFirst Time acessing the systems insturctions do not work

Are you talking about getting into the workflow system (Magic Window)? You cannot do that until we've entered you in as a BC (which won't be done until your project is set up by an MC).

It's unable to reset your password because it doesn't have a record for you yet.
