[RESOLVED]El Capitan version 6:11 Mac

Dear Librivox,


I’m a public librarian at the Mill Valley Public Library and I’m writing on behalf of a patron. My patron was able to use Librivox just fine until he recently upgraded his Mac OS to El Capitan version 6.11 about a month ago. Since then, when he selects “download to itunes” the audiobook will open in itunes, but will only download the first chapter. If he downloads the zip file to his desktop, upon opening the zip folder, he sees a bunch of random text.



Any suggestions as to how he can successfully download the audiobook completely so he can eventually transfer it to his mp3 device?

If he's using a Mac and iTunes then perhaps downloading the m4B version will work better.

Changing browsers seems to have solved his problem.
