is an English language book. It commits a small error which has been copied into a couple of other texts--including Librivox.

"Jose's parents were Lieutenant-Colonel Don Juan de Espronceda y Pimentel and Doña María del Carmen Delgado y Lara."

That would make his name Jose de Espronceda y Delgado, not Jose de Espronceda y Lara.

The short form "Jose de Espronceda" is perfectly acceptable, and much easier for English readers.

Google:
"José de Espronceda y Lara" 9 hits, all English, more or less.
"José de Espronceda y Delgado" 3,270 hits, most in Spanish

I think you should change the Metadata either to "Jose de Espronceda" or to "Jose de Espronceda y Delgado."

Thank you for the information! I'll work on cleaning this up.

The project was done back in 2006, when LV was not very old. I can imagine some things slipped through. Then when we transferred to our new catalog software, we had to manually transfer texts and other information. So I expect there to be oversights like this. It's pretty much inevitable.

The (tiny) error is in the part--maybe it's called ID3 tag, or metadata, or the file Properties--that is carried in the MP3 of "Cancion del Pirata" where you have the genre, and title, and track number, and so on.
