BillyShakespeare is having trouble logging in  . He got a new password emailed and it still isn't working. We weren't sure what email to use to ask for help so I am doing it here.

I've forwarded this to the right place -

His forum account has been activated, so he should be able to log in provided he is typing his user name and password in precisely.

He was definitely typing his username correctly and he was copying the new password straight from the email. I just checked and it still won't work.

Eta: he has been able to login in the past. Perhaps he should try the 'I forgot my password' thing again.

I think he should, then. Sure he didn't change the password after resetting it?
