Downloading Nicholas Nickleby to iTunes

With apologies to all if the answer is obvious, and I just haven't seen it, but I am trying to download 'Nicholas Nickleby' - that wonderful reading, and though I have clicked on the Subscribe in iTunes, only one chapter has downloaded. Why won't the whole book download?

I am not an iTunes user, but this question seems to come up a lot, and I think this answer will help you.

Thanks for the replies. I managed to download once iTunes had, rather sullenly and unwillingly reminded me to subscribe to Nich Nick as a podcast.

iTunes does seem to need a lot of cajoling before it will play.
