[FIXED] Lost Princess of Oz

Could someone check? tx.

I just downloaded the zip file of the complete book for the Lost Princess of Oz (http://librivox.org/the-lost-princess-of-oz-by-l-frank-baum/) and noticed that there's no chapter 18 and two chapter 20s. It is also incorrectly numbered on the webpage.

The correct chapter order according to Project Gutenberg (http://www.gutenberg.org/files/959/959-h/959-h.htm) should be:
18 The Conference
19 Ugu the Shoemaker
20 More Surprises

Just a matter of incorrect numbering on the archive and LV page. All the files are there in the correct order. I will correct descriptions and re-derive. That should fix it.
