Appended the list, plus the Gold Bug but minus the "read by" additions, to the front post. Will get around to replacing them sometime after Archive.org is over it's current fit of wiggyness.

I've finished replacing the files with the corrected author names as listed in the top post. This should therefore be fixed.

I'll unsticky this thread. If we missed any, Mark, just let us know.
