Polaris of the Snows by Charles B. Stilson (1880 - 1932)

This project is complete and all audio files can be found in the catalogue: https://librivox.org/polaris-of-the-snows-by-charles-b-stilson/
“In the antarctic wilds ... Polaris Janess ... was born, of a mother he never knew, and grew to manhood's years knowing one human face only, that of his father. When that father died, the young man set his face to the north, to find the world of men ... Journeying through the silent wastes with his dog team [he] found Rose Emer, an American heiress, who had strayed from an exploring party, and who waited death in the icy wilderness … Polaris and the girl came upon the kingdom of Sardanes - a valley girded by volcanic hills which warmed it, and peopled by a lost fragment, some two thousand strong, of the ancient Greeks … The adventures of the man of the snows and the American maid in Sardanes; how they escaped thence; how their love bloomed amid the eternal snows; and how they won at last to America … all these things have been related.” (Summary by Charles B. Stilson)

You have a Magic Window, and I think now's the time to ask, may I DPL?

I will move the other two books in an On-Hold area off the forums to keep them safe until the time comes to launch them.

We have a great DPL - and I should not do it - but I just had to listen. Not PL. Just listen. [sorry Rap]. I chose chapter 3.
What a treat! For me, I mean.
I hope you don't mind my asking: do you use a virtual teleprompter?
Actually, there are so many questions I'd like to ask you, but I'll try to restrain myself.
I think you should be teaching people how to make audio books.
Maybe you already do that.

Of course I don't mind :D if you listened to all of it and it's pl ok, you can mark it so in the MW, too  If you haven't listened to it all, I'll get to those withing the next few days. (Weekends are workdays for me, and they're usually busy.)
