Fifty Funny Animal Tales, by Laura Rountree Smith (1876 - 1924)

This project can now be found in our catalog at https://librivox.org/fifty-funny-animal-tales-by-laura-rountree-smith/
"This book contains short stories of animals that will charm the children. Such characters as the Funny Fox, the Happy Hare, the Willful Wolf, the Careful Cat and many others appear. Useful proverbs are woven into these tales. The stories will be of special use to teachers and parents who want to teach as well as to have a story for entertainment. The verses heading the stories, the little jingles throughout the tales and the beautiful illustrations, add much to the attractiveness of the book. One cannot help but laugh at the tricks of the Funny Fox and the Fairy Tales he relates. They will be enjoyed by all." All of these stories are short, less than 900 words so have fun. If you like little poems, they are sprinkled all through the stories so enjoy them too!

Sure. Section 18 and 19 are yours. But before you record them please finish your 1 minute test and get the OK[/size]. This will save time later on. :D

Thanks but you really should wait to get your claim accepted by the book coordinator before recording. In this case your tech sepcs are probably all wrong since your 1 minute test was not checked yet. Not a big problem but you will probably need to fix things with these. Also the file names are not correct. Please read the first post to see how they should be named. Ask if anything is confusing.

Thanks but please do not record any sections without getting permission from the book coordinator (me). Your tech specs will need to be changed and probably re recorded.

Welcome! I have assigned that section to you but please do not record it before completing your 1 minute test. Check your welcome email for instructions on doing this. This is just to get your tech specs right.
