I didn't notice that! The sample file name is automatically generated based on what you enter as the title in the template. Since you entered "[SOLO WESTERN] The Orphan, by Clarence Edward Mulford" instead of just the title, that is what populated. But you can always change this by editing the first post. I'll often edit it for very long titles anyway. So, yes, I think you should use your suggested format above.
