4 SF stories by C. M. Kornbluth by C. M. Kornbluth (1923 - 1958).

This project can be found in our catalog at https://librivox.org/4-sf-stories-by-c-m-kornbluth-by-c-m-kornbluth/
Four nify Science Fiction stories by the great C. M. Kornbluth. The Adventurer - The Altar at Midnight - With These Hands and The Marching Morons. ( philc)
  • Text source (only read from this text!): http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/29908
    The Altar at Midnight http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/29619
    With These Hands http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/51531
    The Marching Morons http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/51233
  • Type of proof-listening required (Note: please read the PL FAQ): standard

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the amount of languishing projects (and hence the amount of files on our hard-pressed server), we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't managed to record anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).
Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process (unless you are the BC or PL). Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Larry isn't in the MW as DPL. If he changed his mind on PLing I can listen for you.
DPL list Mama is in the hospital. Please be patient. I’ll be online when I can. It should only be a couple of days.

That was my oversight. As far as I know he is still interested but I'll ask since it's been some time. :D

One small note for number 3.
Minor, but I know you'd like to take care of it

3:33 Repeat: Halverson’s Halverson’s feet carried him up the avenue.

Absolutely! I always want to fix things like that. The miracle is that there aren't a bunch of them with the constant repeating I do. Anyway, Thanks Larry

It has been fixed an uploaded.

Just two small notes for the Marching Morons:

31:46 Repeat: door handle handle
Also, several noticeable clicks in the closing silence.

Quite a read!

The double door handle has been reduced to one door handle and the clicks removed from the closing silence. (I accidentally put them there by the way)
