The Adventures of Elizabeth in Rügen, by Elizabeth von Arnim (1866 - 1941)

This project is now complete! All audio files can be found on our catalog page: https://librivox.org/the-adventures-of-elizabeth-in-ruegen-by-elizabeth-von-arnim/

Elizabeth von Arnim, author of Vera and The Enchanted April, takes us on a novelized journey through the German island and vacation getaway of Rügen. Here we meet and enjoy "Elizabeth", who solely, with only a maid and coachman, encounter several other quaint and intriguing characters and stories. This book is full of quick wit and WILL make you chuckle along the way!(Summary by Christine Rottger)

OK, your MW is ready for you! One note, we can't use the summary since it comes from Amazon, and they are a little funny about copyrights and all that goes with it. If you could come up with your own summary, that would be ideal. We will wait here a day or so to see if we can pick up a DPL!

by way of returning a favour, I'll do 8 and 9!
BTW, please check spelling of this book title in your signature, Christine.

I asked my librarian about the noise, and she said, "no one would come here
if they weren't allowed to talk out loud." So I read out loud.
