Thank you Mozart for setting up the scripts. I'm not sure why, and I don't know if this is true for anyone else, but I am being told that I need access to the document. This only applies to the following scripts:

Yup, same here. We can all individually request access, but it might be easier if you could make the individual document chapters open for viewing.gracenfisk224 wrote: ↑September 4th, 2021, 7:46 pm Thank you Mozart for setting up the scripts. Hi Mozart and Mary-Ann, I have a question. I've been PLing quite a few projects but never a dramatic work. When files are submitted, do I PL the individual character files or once they're edited as full sections? And also, how much word-perfect PLing are we aiming for?
Cheers!

Ana,
Yes, please PL part files as they are submitted. Dramatic readings can take a long time to complete, and sometimes by the time editing starts, the reader is no longer able to record for LV. So it's important that when you PL parts files, you are looking for anything that may be needed during the editing process later on.
For this reason, please PL against the scripts to make sure that no line has been skipped ... but even though you are following along with the script you are not doing a word perfect PL. You are looking for anything that changes meaning, would make the listener go "huh?" or would make it difficult for the editor to get the files pieced together into a final file.
Also, please make sure the readers have left 3-5 seconds of space between each bit of reading ... if this silence is missing, it's best to tell the reader right away (before they record other sections) so they can fix it as they go. This silence is critical as it makes piecing together the various lines so much easier.
Finally, we need a voice credit from each reader. People usually add this to the first file they submit. Please make sure it's there somewhere for each reader.
