COMPLETE [PLAY] The Romancers by Edmond Rostand - rap
PL Notes - Stage Directions - Act 1
3:58 : Wrongly read - You just said "Sylvette", instead of reading the stage directions part.
Help - Also, I'm not sure about this as I'm new too, but for things like [sighing] and [passionately], shouldn't the reader sigh, instead of you reading [sighing]?
Again, I'm new, so please give me a second or a third opinion.

And who's making the cover? If no one is yet, then can I?

Actually, it looks like you should claim it on this thread:

You can only pre-claim a cover for a project if you are the BC/soloist. Otherwise you can claim it once it's catalogued, following the instructions in the first post here: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=28785

That could be the BC's preference. I personally find it easier to just read the text than sigh but Wendy can adjust stage directions at editing depending on the readers' deliveries. But during PL, I would say all text should be there so that choices can be made later.

I like it to be read in the stage directions, and then I can decide which to use when I edit. I generally like them stated so the listener knows what the playwright said and what was just dramatic interpretation.
Thanks,
Wendy

I didn't see any notes about readers being gender specific (maybe I missed it somewhere), but if this project has gender-neutral casting could I claim Blaise?

BTW, it's helpful if you can tell me the line I'm missing, so I don't have to try and find it in the script. No big deal, though. Thanks for all your help!
