Has there been someone who has taken over final files as DPL who could do it?

PL Notes for Eye of Apollo narrator
The volume is 83dB which is too low. We aim for between 86-92 dB but ideally we would like it to be at 89 dB.
In Audacity you will also find the option to amplify under 'effects'.
How to amplify in Audacity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_z607awyLw
If you like you can use the checker tool to verify volume and other settings.
https://cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/
In order to amplify it is best to reduce the spikes in your file. To do this follow the video below which is created by Phil Chenevert and is easy to follow. Once you have carried out compression you will then be able to amplify the file to the correct dB.
https://youtu.be/rhvKDCdjaYctch?v=wJ3lOTDsN6c
Also adding in a plug in called replay gain will help you to check your volume in Audacity. The link for the video on how to do this is below.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9Uz900RNos&feature=emb_logo
When you carry out the amplification there is some background noise which detracts from the reading and should be removed please. To do this in Audacity.
Step 1 - Select a piece of background noise
Select a piece of background noise (no speech, breaths or other noises) in your audio.
In Menu click: Effect > Noise Reduction... A dialog will pop up.
Click "Get Noise Profile" The dialog box will close instantly.
Step 2 - Noise Reduction
Press CTRL-A / Command-A to select your complete recording.
In Menu click: Effect > Noise Reduction... again. Note: don't select "Repeat Noise Reduction" -- that instantly applies the default settings; you want to adjust the settings and preview the results before you apply the noise filters.
Set Noise Reduction (dB) to 12
Set sensitivity to 6.00
Set frequency smoothing bands to 3
Choose Noise: Reduce
Click ok
Please could you carry out the edits then upload the file using the same file name and post in this thread. If you need any more help please just ask. Thanks

P.S. Not to be confused with Apollo Brown https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apollo_Brown

Here are the two files we were talking about. To differentiate between the first and second Father Brown, I named the second one fatherbrown instead of brown. Let me know what you think. And, of course, if it doesn't work out, you can pick any of the three for use.

I don't know why there is a second copy of Father Brown submitted when the one in the MW is already marked PL OK. So I did not change the MW link to it. Mozartjr, let me know what you want done.
I did put Flambeau into the MW for PL.
Thanks, Todd

hi Todd,
Wayne decided to do Flambeau, and decided to do another recording for Father Brown using a different voice, that way Flambeau and Father Brown dont sound exactly the same. We will use the new Father Brown recording.
Thanks,
Mozartjr
Okay. I put the new link in the MW.
