Hi, can I ask how you want Moreland's censored lines to be read? Such a potty mouth...

Chapter 34:

"D— your friends, sir!" cried Moreland, furiously, rising from his seat.

"Trapped by G—!" shouted the wretched man,

I'm guessing that the D--- is Damn (and I don't see any reason not to use that).

The G-- alludes me though. Do you have a suggestion?

Agree on the damn. I think three letter G words tend to be God... which would make sense based on his later remark about destiny?

Thanks - I'll record them like this and if anyone else has other insight I'll replace them

I prefer to read the censored words as censored.

D-- would be a swallowed D; G-- would be a swallowed G - like you're starting to say the words but stop yourself.

After all, that's what the author/publisher put in the book; that's what we should read, IMHO.
School fiction: David Blaize
Exploration: The First Four Voyages of Amerigo Vespucci
Serial novel: The Wandering Jew
Medieval England meets Civil War Americans: Centuries Apart
Humor: My Lady Nicotine

Thanks Tricia. Yes, suppose it's probably better to not insert what isn't there. I've recorded them swallowed but I'm happy to edit if something else would be more appropriate.

Here's man in a light coat and Roger Moreland for PL:

Thank you

PS. I misnamed the files the first time I uploaded them. Not sure if this is likely to cause a problem, but they should probably be deleted anyway :?

Misnamed files:

You put the number before the character name? No problem. I'll delete them when I delete the other files at the completion of the project. They do no harm sitting there. :)
