I think, in hindsight, I should have made him a bumbling fool. Oh well.

I know what you mean, yes he definitely has that streak. I am always looking forward to the personal interpretations of some characters, which sometimes differ from what I initially thought. It's part of the excitement and fun here in the drama forum.

how did you know !!! well...you didn't miss six asides, but I found six spots to edit

no partridge in a pear tree though...

wow this was a big part. And I got more and more confusing by who is dating whom here. Those pesky veils make it so hard to know who each man is talking to.

Act 1 is straight PL ok.

Two small notes to edit for the other acts though:

Act 2:

> at 7:49: (p. 303) "but hear me madam" – you say "bear me", which sounds a bit odd, since she replies "what would you say"

Act 3:

Sonia,

Thank you for the quick PL-ing! I did not do too bad in the mistakes area if I do say so myself! I will have the corrections made shortly.

This was a nice change up for me. I tried to downplay the part a bit since I did not see the character as "over the top" as the last one or two I have read. I hope I did it justice. I was not familiar with the play before I began so I hope I pulled off the good Don Lewis the way he deserved.
