For George, Act 2:

suggested edit at 2:03 for the pronunciation of "bow". I think it should be /baʊ/ as in "respectful greeting". :?:

Everything else is good!

PL notes for Dr Remnant for Act 3 and 4:

Act 3 at 00:46 Abud should be pronounced as you would when saying "Rose Bud". This is just to keep the names consistent.

at 1:18 remove the extra word "The" line should be "But Sir, Christening will demand."

at 1:38 the latin/Italian words "per lucere" should be pronounced as "pair lu-chair-ay"

For Act 4

only one correction of name pronunciation at 00:14 "Cottesham" should be pronounced as "Cotts Ham" or "Cottsum" and "Abud' as noted in PL for act 3.

excellent reading Thank you

The approach on most of the plays I do, mostly Todd's, is that there is an acceptable variation in pronunciation of names as long as the character is consistent, allowing for what might be variation in how characters might actually pronounce someone's name, I guess. And, I really had no way of knowing how this one should sound. And, I'm still confused. Is the accent on the first or second syllable?

I'll go through and try to find the places where this name occurs and make the corrections best I can, and will take care of the others.

Thanks for the PL.

What I did in this case was to listen to the reader who *was* Abud and pronounced it like he did. I figured that the person would know how to say his own name  .

Hello, absolutely and welcome!

There is one small trouble spot for Dolly on the bottom of page 68. She is a woman of the lower class trying to imitate the upper class that she is surrounded by. She has to mispronounce the word Kashmir shawl. The writer has it as if she says "Cash-ee-Myer" It's an important word for her character so it's worth drawing attention too.

Hi, thanks for the warning! Ironically, that line was easy. It was another one that I had to redo and redo and redo!
I hope you like it and "Here's Dolly!"
