thank you for the short synopsis on each act Yes, Morris is a bit of a buffoon in this play, and you played him awfully well I noticed you had fun with the role.neecheelok70 wrote:Here is Mr Morris, Act 1: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/womansway_mrmorris_1.mp3
Here is Mr. Morris, Act 2, a little surprised! https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/womansway_mrmorris_2.mp3
Here is Mr. Morris, Act 3--silly man: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/womansway_mrmorris_3.mp3
Acts 1 and 2 already PL ok, but I need a very small adjustment for Act 3:
> at 5:43: (p. 143) "I should think so." – could you cut/paste it to about 5:34, to be in the right order ? (before "what do you think of that")
Oh and still...please remember for future roles to also leave enough silence when the stage directions are inside your speeches. Makes it easier for Todd. No need to change for this time though.
Thank you

I have moved it to the right place, I think.

Regarding extra seconds for stage directions, I did not know about that (and should have I am sure), so I will be careful to do this in future roles. Thanks for your help.

(Everything Sonia says about gaps is right. I mean of course it is right by definition just becuz it is her, but here particularly she is very sensitive to the trials and tribulations of editing and is speaking up wonderfully well in my defense.)

Looks like you need an Oliver to fill this up, so I'd like to volunteer.

I think you will be perfect of the "eternal best friend" thank you for making us fully claimed. Oliver is kinda tragic, loving a woman who loves another (who is not really worth it )WiltedScribe wrote: ↑May 9th, 2021, 11:24 pm Looks like you need an Oliver to fill this up, so I'd like to volunteer.

Hi! Could I have an extension for the stage directions please? I ended up moving this month and I haven't had time to set up my recording space yet.
If you want to find someone else, I'd understand.
If you're happy for me to still do it, would you want me to also read the introduction?
Thanks,
Mariah

One month extension granted. Thank you.
I don't think I need the Introduction. While very interesting, it has spoilers. We already give a link to the etext on our catalog page.
Thanks, Todd

Here is Act I stage directions. I did not read the lengthy introduction but did the author’s note, if wanted. Even at 35 minutes i still have this feeling i missed something
