There's only one thing I would suggest, and it is to lengthen the final silence in both recordings a bit. It's three-second long instead of the standard five seconds, the latter ( I think) giving a little more room for the editor. Other than that, perfect!

When I merged the files in my first attempt, I think I found it too difficult to copy across the inspector's "have" convincingly, and left it. But I've now changed its pitch and tempo a little, and it's a bit better. I'm not sure whether it would be better to leave the original as it was. Your choice.
"which have or have had" is at 14.05
"is not more than" at 15.09
