Sir Sampson,
A kind-hearted, clean-living, forgiving person - not.

Here is my short contribution as Jenny... who apparently subscribes to the belief that good servants are seen, not heard.

Sonia,
Thank you kindly for the nice words and thank you humbly for the needed corrections. I have gathered my wits about me (although, truth be told, my wits are less like sheep and more like cats) and given a go at incorporating them:
Act 1: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/loveforlove_valentine_1_128kb.mp3 Duration: 18mm27ss
Act 2: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/loveforlove_valentine_2_128kb.mp3 Duration: 03mm12ss
Act 4: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/loveforlove_valentine_4_128kb.mp3 Duration: 17mm33ss
If Muster is in the vicinity, I hope these pass it.
Tommy

Blackboards are truly remarkable!
Sir Sampson is rather an old lecher, especially in the final act with Angelica. I already recorded my role and was already imagining how you would read your part in the dialogue. I think it will be good assembled.adrianstephens wrote: ↑October 5th, 2020, 11:06 amSir Sampson,

Excellent job at being the despicable antagonist here, Adrian and what a feat to be ranting and swearing throughout all the play without getting out of breath
Acts 2, 3 and 5 are already PL ok
A small cut for Act 4 though:
> at 4:43: stumble and repeat: "your Messahalah and your" – can be cut once and the long space deleted as well
thank you
Sonia
you're right, she makes herself rather scarce in the play. But she sounds so fresh and eager to help, it's lovely.
Oh and I noticed that Todd missed one line in Act 4 for Jenny ("Yes, madam; Sir Sampson will wait upon you presently."), so you can don the servant's cap once more to record that one I inserted a new section for you in the MW. Please make a new file for it.
I'll mark this Act PL ok, even though the voice credit wasn't complete. But since you have to record Act 4 anyway, you can include the full voice credit there. Also for future plays, please always include the whole description of the role, as marked down in the MW. In this case: "Jenny, maid to Angelica, read by..."
Thank you
Sonia
muster is passed excellent job with the lengthy prologue, I like the witty interpretation.
