Okay, well now that I'm finally off my six-day working weeks ... I've PLed all the voice-parts currently submitted, and I have to say, have we got a great bunch of actors!
Devorah - I think we can all see why Sister Hannah touched the hearts of all the ne'er-do-wells in Bourke. She was clearly that "Hope of Something Better" that Henry Lawson used to write about.
PL OK
Kalamareader - Black Testifier, Reformed Drunkard - Such uniquely different voice-characterisations, the one suited to a preacher-man at a revival meeting, the other that of the "Awful Example" recently dried out from a six-month hangover.
PL OK
Algy - Bob Brothers just as you'd expect him, and Foley too. Never let them say you're not willing to take one for the team, Algy, not after your character having been shot in the arse in the course of the DR action.
PL OK
Alan as Mitchell - Cynical excellence, we expected nothing less. Philosophical too, especially about the bar-maids, whose chief problem is that if they put a collar on the beer, the punters whinge about short measures, and if they don't, they complain that the beer's flat.
PL OK
lorda - One-Eyed Bogan certainly sounds like a bloke you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of, and Dave Regan sounds as a great mate.
PL OK
Todd as The Heckler - if Statler and Waldorf ever get tired of heckling Fozzie, the Muppet Show will know who to turn to.
PL OK
Cheers,
Chris
