I'll get right to this. Do you happen to have a pdf version of this play? I just downloaded the pages I was in (and I can't download the whole file from Hathitrust).mightyfelix wrote: ↑February 12th, 2021, 6:59 pm Individual files for Geraldine can be marked PL ok.

A few comments and suggestions (none of them pressing or necessary):
2:22 Lady Geraldine says "Chelten College" instead of "Cheltenham College" written in the script.
2:27 I would suggest taking out the stage directions "Dr. Alice (nodding)", just because it interrupts the flow of the the dialogue, and you clearly say "yes" (with a little laugh), so we can imagine the nodding (imho).
2:56 I would suggest taking out the stage directions "Dr. Alice (reproachfully)" for the same reason as above, and reproach can clearly be heard in your voice.
4:56 I would suggest removing the stage directions "Dr. Alice (laughing)"; you have a little laugh in your voice already.
12:18 Stage Directions read "Lady Geraldine fervently" -- I hear no "v", it sounds like "fer-ently".
Nicely done, everyone!

(Not worried about this one. I think it's more of a dialect thing, in that the final syllables are extremely shortened: "Chelt'n'm.")
2:27 I would suggest taking out the stage directions "Dr. Alice (nodding)", just because it interrupts the flow of the the dialogue, and you clearly say "yes" (with a little laugh), so we can imagine the nodding (imho). (I'm going to leave this one in, too, as it's visual, and while some might imagine a nod if it wasn't stated, many might not.)
2:56 I would suggest taking out the stage directions "Dr. Alice (reproachfully)" for the same reason as above, and reproach can clearly be heard in your voice. (I agree. For some reason, I didn't notice this one the first time through. I've removed it.)
4:56 I would suggest removing the stage directions "Dr. Alice (laughing)"; you have a little laugh in your voice already. (Another good suggestion, and one I hadn't noticed. It's gone. Now at 4:53.)
12:18 Stage Directions read "Lady Geraldine fervently" -- I hear no "v", it sounds like "fer-ently". (I see what you mean. The 'v' is quite soft, but I think it's still there. And would be understood by most native English speakers, so I won't ask Todd to re-do it.)
Nicely done, everyone!
Now 28:46.
Thank you. Ready for Spot PL.
