Thank you, Adrian!

I'm no expert in accents; this could be more Canadian for all I know  I'm not a native English speaker so I can't judge, but I don't mind, since it's comprehensible and PL OK.
I would have thought "why make it difficult for yourself by putting on an accent", but maybe you enjoyed that :D
It's the challenge! It's why I do silly, strike that, distinctive voices in DRs.
And my normal voice is so weedy anyway.

Welcome to this project!

Yes, please! It will be great to have you read section 8 Dr George M. Sternberg.
I hope you'll enjoy!
You don't need to do an accent. Except if you want to, of course! It's better to read in a way that is comfortable and enjoyable for you.

Please start with a credit "Dr George M. Sternberg read by [your name]" and then just the text, no intros or outros needed for this piece.

[your name] means the name you'd like to be credited with in the catalogue. How would you like to be credited, with your forum name, or something else? Maybe "Andrew James"?

Let me know if you have any question!

i uploaded it and then remembered i hadnt put it through the checker app first, when i checked it was too loud so i redid it with the same name and uploaded it again which i guess deleted the original on the server? if ive made a technologial faux pas and have just broken the internet please let me know via carrier pigeon.

Thanks, Andrew! I'll check it a bit later! But what did you mean that you re-did it? Did you re-record it? If it didn't have any clipping (sound distortion), you can use the amplify effect to de-amplify it, so you don't have to re-record, if that is what you mean you did. Saves you a lot of work! :D

About uploading files with the same name, the old one gets renamed automatically, so they are both still available on the server, but only the last upload works with that filename link
