Re: Holmes recording for the Bohemia story, I couldn't see the "PL notes on page 13" mentioned in the MW.

Sorry that’s me, I have them on my computer - I put the MW note but haven’t actually posted them! Should be page 15 now I guess!

Thanks Peter, just a couple of PL notes:

@1:25 missing line "smelling of iodoform"
@4:06 a long gap for closing up please, as this is part of the next sentence.
@11:05 word missing "What I ended by doing"

Lovely reading as usual! Very emotional in the laughs and when Irene surprises Holmes!

Only a PL note for Miss Alice Turner:
@0:15 a repeat of the second line “I am so glad that you have come." (just a cut, line is repeated correctly straight after)

Although actually, that could come out in editing - I've marked this file PL OK after all!

The other three files were all PL OK! I especially liked the dramatic Miss Julia Stoner's death!

Thanks, Beth; Sherlock has been edited and reuploaded: https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/sherlockholmes_holmes_01_128kb.mp3

(29.06)

Timing of the corrections is approximately the same, except that the last one is now at about 11.01 instead of 11.05

James McCarthy, Vincent Spaulding and John Openshaw are PL OK! Well done on all those quite long reads!

There are two open roles left, Mr Breckinridge and Victor Hatherley, if either or both of those would be of interest?

Thanks! :) I'm currently moving and renovating and I probably won't have time to record anything for a month or so unfortunately, so I won't claim anything. If I find the time I'll pop in and see if there's anything left!

I have been out of touch for a while - circumstances beyond my control - but I
am seriously impressed with the enthusiasm for this project!

Peter: Your Sherlock is AMAZING! (BIG respect! :D )

Andrew
I have absolutely nothing in this world but time - so I believe I should invest it wisely...

Peter and Andrew, when you are recording Holmes and Watson, Stories 2, 3 and 8 are otherwise fully recorded and will be ready to edit once you have recorded your parts. The other stories are still waiting on cast or recordings, just a suggestion in terms of priorities...

Thanks, Andrew; Sherlock is fun to play.

Okay, Beth, I'll start on story number two shortly.
