Thank you for giving me a part! I read the whole thing, and found Sandy lines in chapters 2,4,5, and 8 but the five sections of Sandy parts I am assigned are labeled chapters 1, 3, 4, 5, and 8. I can't find Sandy lines in chapters 1 or 3. Does that need to be fixed, or am I totally missing something?
Another question: Do I record all of the Sandy lines in one block of recording, with a few seconds of pause in between? I've never done a dramatized recording before, how should I go about it?

Rocky,
The short answers: Record the chapters, where you find the line - the Magic Window (MW) can be updated. Please record one file with about 3-5 seconds between lines for each chapter.
The explanations, since this is new to you.
The MW and scripts are created from an original scanned text. There are sometimes mistakes in the coloring of the lines in the scripts or in transferring that information into the MW. We edit and fix things as best we can as the project progresses. I don't have ownership or access to the scripts, but I can update the MW. If something is missed, there are chances for it to be identified later (see below). Plays are already in script form so they don't usually encounter this type of problem. I have updated the MW for your character based on your findings.
Dramatic Readings and Plays are a little different from other projects in that multiple readers submit pieces of each chapter (or act). Each recording gets an initial Proof Listen (PL). An editor also listens to the separate pieces as they splice them together into a chapter (or act); they can identify problems and usually ask for corrections at this stage. After the editing, another PL is done (possibly by someone different from the first time); and problems are identified and corrected. So, if there is a chapter without lines, or one with lines that is not properly identified - do your best to record and know that there are other members of the project team to help make things work.
