Thanks Susan! Sections 15, 16 and 17 are PL OK!

Section 16 crowd lines appear in the Section 17 file, but that's OK, we can move them.

Section 4 is PL OK! So all of Chee-Chee is now done! I've moved her files down to the bottom with all the other completed files!

Yay! I'm so happy to have our Chee-Chee, and I look forward to hearing it!

I have created another role in section 15, for the Bag-jagderag chief. Originally I planned to fudge a little and use the same voice as one of our Popsipetels, but Beth pointed out that that could be confusing, and I really do agree. So if anybody who's not a major character and doesn't already appear in Section 15 is still hankering for more, please check it out!
