"The slap sounded quite real  the things we do for Librivox."

Can I take it that you prefer the "Cornish mackerel with its fine aerodynamic qualities"?

't wasn't me you slapped but the lover that jilted you  (at least if I understood the situation right)

And Chris: the fish-slapping sketch is silly, but funny, typical Monty Python LOL a classic !

I know, dear. But it was you I really wanted to slap in the end.

Well, I had missed it in my PL as well. But certainly you have added it in the right place now.

Thanks, Todd

merci beaucoup ! :9: Angèle is super characterized. Towards the end she really sounds crestfallen that she has made this major blunder that may get her fired from her job. And the French, of course, is perfect. Thanks for jumping in here, Sandra. :)

All three acts PL ok

Here is Sir Julian:

I began to like hm more as I went through the play again. And I see there are times when I am on stage but say nothing. Probably a master of the raised eyebrow and the stern forbidding look...

Or it could just be that "oregano" from Kitty's vegetable garden.

I'm not sure I know what you mean Mr Lebanon. But the oregano of my garden is none of your business.

I absolutely loved the way you portrayed Sir Julian in the first act :9: Well, maybe he comes over a bit more wimp-like compared to Kitty, but he will grow to the task, so to speak.

Just checked Act 1 so far.

Extremely well done on the exasperation speech when he discusses Mason's letter with Kitty. And as always I simply loooove you "oooohs". Seriously, nobody can groan like you Todd. I hope you will have to groan in each of your roles :9:

And when you so hopefully said: "How prudent, how thoughtful" - I was almost weeping. :( Oh man, this poor guy is soooo not aware of what his wife is really up to.

Found two parts to edit:

> at 0:09: "Secretary of State for the ____ Department" - sorry here I heard for the "blanket" department and I was wondering what kind of department that was.... shouldn't it be "blankth" ? If it sounds clearer in your other files, ignore this comment

> at 5:58: "and it lames my logic" - you say "tames" but maybe "lames" makes your speech and despair even more pathetic

Will check the rest later, now for breakfast

Act 2:

soooo sweet when you give the little baby advice on his future career LOL
and your tone of voice when you say "Another" (when the dowager comes with a new family matter) is simply priceless.

one small note:

> at 5:14: "Er—um—perhaps it would be rather precipitate" - you double the "er-ums" here at the beginning, maybe you only wanted to retain one version ? :hmm:

Other than that PL ok.

I'm really enjoying this, can't wait to hear Kitty and Sir Julian assembled together in this scene

ooohh you are so cold and strict with poor crestfallen Kitty in Act 3  It really physically hurt me when I listened to your tone of voice. I sincerely hope they can patch up things when they're gardening together.

Act 3: PL ok

To show you how well Sir Julian and Kitty have patched things up, Sir Julian nods and instantly heads off to his recording setup in the garden shed to make the fixes. Bypassing the oregano, of course.

Thanks, Todd
