and our very first Scene is assembled together !!!! Scene 4.1. only had Narrator and Time, so I was able to edit them together

https://librivox.org/uploads/dlolso21/winterstale_4_1.mp3
Recording time: 2:22 min.

If anybody wants to PL this for me, as I was the editor, it's better that someone else gives it a listen.

Craig I also corrected your intro a bit ;) you said "please contact librivox" instead of "please visit". I copied the correct line from Act 1

PL note for 4.3.

> at 0:09, 0:17 and 0:21: could you change the name Autolycus to the correct pronunciation please ? It's au-TO-lecus. Listen to one of Tony's voice credits if you're unsure how I mean.

the time stamps are for the purged shorter version here: https://librivox.org/uploads/dlolso21/winterstale_narrator_4_3.mp3

Scene 4.3. and I feel so awful, that you had to read 8 minutes too many !!!! I cut it down to barely 3 minutes now.

And there are some pronunciation corrections for names again, so sorry

> at 0:06, 0:21, 1:27 1:48, 2:13 and 2:24 - Perdita: we decided on PURR-dita as pronunciation, listen to one of my voice credits

> at 0:40, 0:50, 1:42, 1:51, 1:56, 2:07, 2:32, 2:36 and 2:40: Autolycus again

> at 1:03: "habited like Satyrs" - this is pronounced "satters" (rhyming almost on "betters").

you can use this file: https://librivox.org/uploads/dlolso21/winterstale_narrator_4_4.mp3

and the last one, a few notes there too:

> at 0:12 and 0:41: Perdita again

> at 0:23, 0:33 and 0:43: you forgot the pronunciation of Hermione again ;) remember other discussion in the beginning ? check my voice credit

and that's it. You really made me work for my money this time (wait....I don't get any money for this :hmm: )

and I am so sorry that you had to do so much extra work in the first place. When I think back of this 10-minute file, my heart bleeds for you.

it's ok now, they have all been perfectly corrected

Apart from a small thing which still needs doing in 4.4.

I found two wrongly pronounced "Autolycusses" still which you missed, but I did a copy/paste job from another part of the file and so they are ok now. Here is the corrected file: https://librivox.org/uploads/dlolso21/winterstale_narrator_4_4.mp3

could you only please insert at the end: "End of Act 4". I'm so sorry I did not mention this yesterday, either I missed it (by then I probably wasn't too alert anymore) or, worse, I cut it out myself by mistake when I cut out the un-needed names. :( Either way, I'm sorry.

But once we have this line - narrator will be finished  I hope it wasn't too much of an ordeal for you.

4.4. is PL ok now. Thanks

2nd Lord also PL ok. He didn't have much to say LOL

I liked the efficient voice you are doing for the Officer  Really a court-official who wants to do his job. I noticed his unease while he had to read that unflattering oracle to the king ;)

Still, at one point you fell back into your old Hermione pronunciation. That name is really your nemesis :?

> at 1:26: Hermione is chaste

> also voice credit at the beginning should be standard "officer of the court of judicature, read by"
I'm getting a bit confused with parts. I've recorded a couple of extra lords by mistake. Perhaps they will be useful for another project. :)
you mean you recorded all the lords ? :hmm: well you can always hold on to them, in case LV does another version of the play one day.

now on to Dion and Antigonus...

I wonder why he needed to get such a gruesome ending... :?

Well Dion 3 and 5 are PL ok. I seriously love this accent  he sounds quite lecherous when he proposes to lay a new queen in the royal bed.

One tiny thing to correct in Antigonus:

>at 1:39: Perdita yet again ;)

ok I made our Dramatis Personae list up-to-date again.

Here are the voice credits I still need from you three. Either because you have not done the role yet, or because the voice credit was not complete.

Could each of you hand me in one complete file with all the outstanding voice credits maybe ? I think that would be easier to finish the DP list than waiting for bits and pieces to come in.

Here is what you need to say:

Craig:

> Stage directions, read by Craig Franklin
> POLIXENES, King of Bohemia, ...
> Gaoler, ...
> Officer of a Court of Judicature, ...
> An Old Shepherd, reputed father of Perdita, ...
> DORCAS, a shepherdess, ...
> First Gentleman, ...

Tomas:

> CAMILLO, a Sicilian Lord, read by Tomas Peter
> MAMILLIUS, his son,...
> First Lord, ...
> EMILIA, a lady attending on the Queen, ...
> CLEOMENES, a Sicilian Lord, ...
> Crier, ...
> CLOWN, his son, ...
> FLORIZEL, his son, ...

Tony:

> Servant the Old Shepherd, read by Tony Addison

that's all I think (I hope)

here is the list so far: https://librivox.org/uploads/dlolso21/winterstale_0_shakespeare_128kb.mp3
