Here it is! I think someone (else) should PL the whole of chapter 4 again, as I had to do some fiddling around to make the songs fit, especially the second one, which didn't have space left for it.

Chapter 4 also needs PL from 8:00 to the end of the file - just from where the songs were inserted.

I have listened to whole of it, and it sounds good. PL OK for me.

Just my opinion, but I would leave Esther in as the BC, since she did most of the work in the first place. I was the original DPL for this project so I'm happy to appear as that.
