Any idea why my claims in this project to not show up in my reader page?? I do see them in the project MW.

Could it be because the status of your dialogue is "open" in the MW (and not "assigned" as all part are not yet taken).

Yup, that'll do it. Since I use a section per reader (per act) in my various play projects I haven't encountered this holding status Open before.
