I put Lyttleton in the file name for 30 to indicate that it has the intro and outro ready for another part to be added - 03 is just Plato to go into the already recorded Fenelon part.

Thanks, Todd
In the MW for Dialog 30 you have linked the 03 file above, not the 30 file.

Thanks, Todd

I could play Pliny the Younger and let myself get adopted by my Elder Todd  I can edit the whole together as well in the end.

I've got my two Sections recorded 06 Savage, 30 Diogenes. I recorded intro and outro for both to make sure that is covered. It is not clear to me who PL's the parts, edits, then PL's the final.
On the road again, so delays are possible

larry, all information is in the first post. dave is our dpl and is kindly also pling parts. editing is, when possible, done by one of the readers. when this is not possible, someone else will jump in, either ill do it myself or i will advertise for an editor for individual sections. recordingperson has kindly edited a couple of sections too.

The Elder doesn't seem to like his nephew much. Probably just jealous that the younger is still alive after the elder isn't. Or maybe Elder doesn't like to have his fame and name usurped...

Downloading the file I posted will make it easy to edit your stuff in place. I already have the intro and outro and the used proper final file name for the completed section. (Saying this here for the advantage of others wondering about process.)

Thanks, Todd

it seems to me the Younger was quite a romantic at heart, judging by his last speech about the beauty of Vesuvius and surrounding area. Well, of course, HE wasn't there when it erupted

thank you this was quite helpful and easy to assemble. So here are the two Plinies  in their dispute:

Recording time: 8:32 min.

Carolin, I don't know if you need my separate file as well, so just for the record (because the file above is already assembled and my part is in there):

Recording time: 2:28 min.
