Thanks, Todd
Thank you very much, but DrPGould asked to play Box five or six posts up. I didn't realize it had never been entered in the MW. Sorry!
My very sincere apologies this is totally my fault for not putting it in the MW

Just as I was uploading Hazel for our Christmas play, I thought I caught sight of something in the script I had missed, but I was at that time in a hurry, so I decided to come back to it later. So here it is:
(All say, “Merry Christmas.”)
This is at the end, just after the song.

So here is Hazel again, with a nice friendly "Merry Christmas" tacked on.

Thanks! I so enjoyed listening to this! There are a few edits needed, as follows:
  • There is a missing line at about 5:55: "Whose room is this?"
  • The "little back second floor room" seemed to give you some trouble! There was a stumble at 6:04-6:06 that will need to be cut out. (If this had been the only edit needed, I wouldn't have mentioned it, as it would be easy enough for me to cut it while assembling the parts.)
  • That darn room! At about 6:15 the little back second floor room pops up again to plague us! In this line: "With all my heart, sir. The little back second floor room is yours, sir" you left out "floor". I may not have mentioned this except that the same phrase keeps popping up, so I'd like it to be the same each time.
  • At about 7:37-7:45 there are two versions of "Have you seen the Bosjemans, sir?" Please cut the one you don't want to use.
  • Another stumble at 14:45: "Aren't you rather--"
Overall, very well done, especially for a first play! I'm certainly looking forward to hearing the parts together!

Thank you for letting me read for this project. It was great fun. (I think it would be fun to see this one on stage somewhere as well!)

I look forward to hearing the finished product. (If I didn't get everything cleared up this time--I'm good for another effort.)

Many thanks,

Philip

Wonderful reading, Jason, thank you so much! I only need one edit from you, regarding your rather insufficient bolster:

At about 1:15, the line is "The one I’ve got now seems to me to have about a handful and a half of feathers at each end." You said "The one I've got now seems to have me about", which makes rather less sense.

I'd also suggest in future to leave more space in the middle of your own lines when you are interrupted by stage directions. Treat these stage directions just as if another character were speaking here. It would make editing easier. But I'll manage; you don't need to change it, just keep it in mind. :)
